Including a stunning abalone shell (water element), three palo santo sticks (fire element), a piece of black tourmaline, and a piece of selenite (earth element). 
Black Tourmaline is known for it's protective energies; helpful in grounding and dispelling negativity. Selenite is a natural cleanser; it can be used to cleanse a space or other crystals. Place the black tourmaline somewhere near the front door of your home, and the selenite in a similar spot (or above the door frame of your front door). Many people who have selenite above their front doors speak of it as a natural waterfall, cleansing the energy of anything coming in or out of their home. 
To use these pieces in a smoking ceremony, light the palo santo and carry it with the shell beneath it for any embers. You can also put a small amount of sand in the shell to give you somewhere to put out the palo santo once it's alight.
